Ceiling height 2.5m.
Remove all tiles from 4 walls and floor (bathroom and laundry)
Remove 30cm high concreted shower step-over 'wall/edge'.
Remove existing toilet and vanity.
Re-tile all walls/floors (bathroom and laundry) with new tiles (new membrane below if required)
No changes to shower/vanity/toilet location.
Reinstall new toilet and vanity.
Install single glass shower partition.
Replace shower head/taps etc...
