I need to replace my ensuite shower that has water damage to the base, and tiled walls. I would like to replace all the tiled walls with acrylic/glass splashbacks and preferably would like to put a shower base/unit in if this is possible. The house is going to be rented out so a hardy shower and preferably something with a base (and not just tiling) is my first priority.
Because the unit is a non standard size I have been trouble getting someone to put in a unit and whether I might be better off just re-doing the whole bathroom (just a small ensuite) so I can put in a longer lasting shower.
The whole bathroom is probably only 2000mm by 1.8mm.
The existing shower measurements are
Shower Measures – 1060mm x 800mm, 3 walled, flush tiled base on timber floor
Wall 1 – 800mm x 2050mm high, 25mm x 25mm Duck Blue Mosaics, Light Grey Grout
Wall 2 – 1060mm x 2050mm high, 195mm x 195mm White Gloss tiles, White Grout
Wall 3 - 420mm x 1270mm high, 25mm x 25mm Duck Blue Mosaics, Grey Grout
Base – 300mm x 300mm Charcoal with Dark Grey Grout
Other – Mixer/Rose located on Wall 1
