Re waterproof, re tile and replace shower and vanity. Shower to be replaced with a semi frameless 900mm x 900mm and Vanity to be replaced by 900mm unit.
Original bath to remain.
Incl in price of quote new sheeting for wall and roof as required.
Tiling to be relaid includes floor tiles and wall tiles to 1.8m height in shower recess and then dropping to 1.2m behind vanity and bath. Skirting only along facing wall.
