Layout likely to stay unchanged but new waterproofing, re-level floors, tiling and plumbing accessories need to be installed. Possible stud wall required to conceal pipes. Removal of old bathroom may be done ourselves to save on cost and purchasing of tiles and bathroom accessories can also be done by us.
