Bathrrom renovation requiring Plumber, carpenter, tiler and some minor electrical work.
Plumbing - remove existing fixtures and fittings, alter waste pipe to install new toilet, alter waste to shower to suit walk in shower, Install shopwer mixer and frameless shower, Alter waster to bath and vanity, alter hot and cold water to suit bath shower vanity and toilet. Fit off tapware on shower, bath and vanity. Install toilet. Replace existing vent on outside of house. All fixtures and tapware supplied by owner.
Carpenting - removal of the fixtures and fittings. remove all tiles from wall and floor. Remove existing plaster where previously tiled. Supply & fixDuraliner/villaboard to wals. Seal & plaster all joints ready for tiling. Alter floor to suit walk in shower. Construct bath frame with hob each ebd and install bath. Seal bathroom as required for walk in shower. Install cabinet in wall beside vanity as supplied by client,. Fix fittings as required eg towel rails, toilet roll holder etc. Remove all rubbish from the site.
Electrical - move power point, move light switch and install new IXL Tastic as supplied by owner
Tiler - Wall tiles 25metres, Floor Tile (porcelain) 4 metres.
