The bathroom is quite small, but there is room to extend it into an open area. I'm considering replacing all fittings, fixtures, flooring and tiles, and also having the washing machine put in there (my current laundry is outside). I'd also like a new linen cupboard built into the same area. And I'd even consider some form of watersaving system - greywater or watertank to flush toilet, etc.
