We have a walk through batroom that is large that we wish to split into an ensuite and a sepoerate bathroom. Most of the plumbing will be in the same spot, some electricals will need to be moved, a wall moved and closed as well as some tiling. We are buying the shower, bath, vanities, toilet and tiles ourselves so need someone to do the structural and finishin work for us. The wall being moved is not load bearing. We have 2 kids to bath each night so speed in getting the wall in place and the basics to function will be a priority with expected limitations.
