We currently have a three way bathroom that we would like to renovate. The current toilet is to remain. The existing vanity (apx. 1200 x 500) is to be removed and converted into a linen closet – sliding doors. The current bathroom (apx. 2300 x 1160) has a shower and a bathtub. We would like the shower replaced with a larger shower and the bathtub removed and replaced with a toilet and a vanity. We would like to have floor to ceiling floor tiles and new floor tiles. Floor tiles to run from bathroom into small open area and into the toilet. We are expecting an obligation free quote. While quality is important, we are working to a budget.
