JOB REQUIREMENTS
Main Bathroom: Need complete new renovation including waterproofing, tiling, and installation of new toilet, bath (shower over), vanity and taps / towel rails. Electrics should stay in fairly similar places - will need new lights and fan, plumbing is very similar except for moving toilet position. Bathroom size is 3m x 1.6m x 2.4m high. Want tiling on floor and to ceiling.
Ensuite bathroom: Need complete new renovation including waterproofing, tiling, and installation of new toilet, taps / towel rails. Electrics should stay in fairly similar places - will need new lights and fan, plumbing is very similar except for moving shower position. Bathroom size is 3m x 1m x 2.4m high. Want tiling on floor and to ceiling. Part of timber floor is rotted and needs replacing or complete strip out of floorboards.
Need this finished by end Feb 2016 if possible.
