Chloe requested 3 quotes from Renovators in Annandale
I think the following things need to be done:
Plumbing
* Install new shower and possibly bath (and tapware)
* Install new vanity/sink (build vanity?)
* Not sure if the toilet needs to (or can be) rotated 90 degrees. It has strange looking plumbing...
Other
* Install long mirror along one wall
* Re-tile floor
* Not sure what to do with the walls - they are laminate sheeting but have holes in them from old plastic towel rails etc and these holes don't seem to be able to repaired easily.... so whole room may need new lining installed.
There is a powerpoint that will need to be moved... but we could get someone to do this separately.
