Existing bathroom needs to be cut out and rebuilt. we have already bought most fixtures and fittings, we have a preferred layout but need a builder to come in and do it. new floor, tiling, plumbing etc...will be ready to hire soon once the money is soughted as wife is expecting in feburary. would prefer to have had work done before feburary.
