G'day,
we need to update the bathroom in our moranbah property; we would like to remove the existing linen press and install a separate shower as part of the renovation. additionally, we will look to replace the toilet and re-tile both floors.
would you kindly be able to provide a quote for the following works:
supply & install new bath
supply & install new shower base
tap ware (sink, bath and shower)
supply & install new shower screen
supply & install new vanity
supply & install new vanity mirror
water proof shower
tiling (floor and vanity)
plumbing
(including installation of new drain for new shower - good under house access)
paint
re-sheet walls
remove existing bath & existing linen press & existing vanity & existing wall sheeting - dump & make good
(some ceiling needed to be replaced when linen press is removed)
replace toilet & tile toilet floor to match
