Require someone to take out 2 walls creating open plan area. and put up a small partitioning wall. renovate bathroom with tiles and install a basic vanity basin with existing plumbing. need also to fix kitchen tap as it is rusted and leaking. maybe also renovate the kitchen but all depended on the total cost. we prefer to getting this done in the next few weeks
