Main bathroom needs all the wall and floor tiles taken off and replaced with new ones. The vanity will stay and bath will remain in place. I will replace the toilet and shower screen. The plumbing will remain in the same place. It is really just to tidy up and old bathroom with new tiles. There is no electrical work involved and I will supply the tiles, grout etc.
