- Remove old tiles from walls (only partly tiled)
- Remove lino from floor
- Retile floor and walls (up to ceiling)
- remove and fit new toilet (same place - just bolt in)
- Fit new vanity (again - just bolt in - no plumbing.)
also want bath re-enameled if you are able to do this as well.
