Bathroom floor tiled has collapsed at the edge of the bath tub (a retangle area of 60cm wide and 30cm, can see through the floor to under the house. The tiles on the walls and the bath tub have broken away. House is over 60 yrs old and currently as a rental property. Bthroom has no toliet as it is seperate but has a old vanity and bath tub. The structure undernearth has rotten away where floor has collapsed. Ricky
