Bathroom needs makeover

I live in an upstairs flat. My bathroom is 2300mm wide and 2700mm long. It has a shower over the bath, washing machine and wall-mounted vanity basin. Vanity unit has 2 overlapping sliding mirrors. Toilet is separated by wall and door. I am looking for ideas on what I can do to rejuvenate my bathroom. I will consider replacing mosaic style floor tiles as well as wall tiles. Grouting between top of bath and start of wall tiles need to be redone. Vanity basin has a crack in it an needs to be replaced. Other suggestions are welcome. I have a floorplan of my bathroom available to email.
