We are looking to renovate our bathroom and create a laundry from a workman's toilet at our unit.
The laundry will require the removal of an existing toilet and sink, the installation of a new door frame/door, ceiling and laundry tub, some plumbing work, and running electricity to the laundry.
The bathroom will involve replacement of the existing sink and mirror, installation of a linen cupboard (supply of materials to be discussed), some minor tiling work (new backsplash) and repainting of the bathroom.
The final part of this job would involve some minor repair of a sliding door and painting of window frames (both internal and external).
