Complete renovation of existing bathroom (2.5mx2.5m) on slab. Includes shower above 3/4 bath, basin, toilet and laundry. All plumbing services to remain except for laundry (moving out of bathroom). Change door location to enable full-length bath. Project manage the whole job to include the filling-in of back porch beside bathroom (new door location). Fill-in will be where laundry services will be relocated to. Back porch job (2.5x1.5) will require slab, frame, and new back door. Bathroom renovation to include, new bath, toilet and basin and all taps, floor and wall tiling, installation of under tile heating, movement of gas hot-water service and plastering. Choice of supplier/builder/contractor will be based on quality, price and good scheduling/timeframes. Looking for a clean, simple and modern renovation that will stand up to time.
