- electrical work required: fit 1 x heated towel rail; relocate 2 x power outlets; relocate 1 x light switch; install new lighting.
- rendering, waterproofing and tiling also required.
- fitting of all pc items including frameless shower screen.
no pc items to be relocated. we will supply tiles, vanities, basins, toilets, etc. we can have the bathroom and ensuite completely stripped of existing pc items and tiles, prior to work commencement.
