Wanting to renovate down stairs bathroom. minimal relocation of plumbing etc (currently have a shower over our corner bath - we want to alter this to have a free standing shower with a new bath separate to the shower). wall tiling required only, no floor tiling required. we would like to reposition the current door to the toilet with entry to this on another wall. basins (twin) to remain in same position, however basin top to be replaced with new one. cupboards underneath to remain as they are. we would be ready to go ahead with this project (for the right price) within the month.
