I'm looking at renovating a 1960's unit in original condition - needs removal of old kitchen and building of new - probabaly flat pack style (small u shape), the bathroom (shower + bath +sink) and sepatate toilet needs to be retiled with a new shower recess and the small laundry needs to be tiled and refitted (new cupboard).
i'm also keen to get a price on getting the carpet removed and the original floorboards polished. 2 medium sized bedrooms, hallway and medium sized living room. the rest of the house needs to be tiled.
i'm after a realistic guestimate of price for the reno at this stage so i can get an idea of what it will cost and therefore allocate $ to the reno.
