The bathroom, about 3 metres by 3 metres has original 1960's fittings. i would like the laundry trough, bath, toilet and existing pedastal basin removed (and taken to tip) and replaced with a shower (full bath length screen) and new vanity unit and toilet which have already been purchsed. toilet and shower pipes required in different position to current layout. floor and all walls to be tiled - walls to be tiled to midway between floor and ceiling (again tiles have been purchased). a shaving cabinet fitted with a light above it and fitting of towel rails, toilet roll holder etc. existing washing machine to be plumbed in under benchtop with tumble dryer which needs to be vented to the outside. the work will require the moving of some electric sockets and the installation of 2 new ones. existing recessed cupboard to be blocked in and new shelves installed.
could you please quote approximate costs for demolition works and refit separately as cost of demolition will impact on amount available to spend on refit.
