Renovations to proceed late Sept - paying cash - need to add new bathroom, rumpus room, carport, front fence and redo backyard (pool has been finished and yard needs to be made child friendly) - friendly clients who know what they want just need the expert to make it happen. We have a budget and are hoping to tick off the whole list within the budget. We are happy to think outside the square so will make the job interesting. Also need to paint existing interior and replace shower. Really want to make our home a sanctuary for the whole family (and dog!). If you treat the job like it is your own home then we want you!
