A 3-BR 60s apartment in Toorak location needs modernisation. Main jobs required may include: removal of and re-installation of a new kitchen; renovation of main and ensuite bathroom; removal of wallpaper throughout and painting; removal of existing carpet throughout and replace with alternate flooring. Some structural work (e.g. removal of walls/partitions) may be necessary so we will need someone with expertise to assess whether this is possible. We would prefer someone who will be willing to quote on individual aspects of the job to allow for flexibility of budget.
