Bathroom 1: is an ensuite to the master bedroom. would like to do this first as it is the smallest out of the 2 and the one that is most urgent as it is very old, tiles are falling off the walls and the plasterboard underneath will need replacing due to extensive water damage. whole room needs work however on a budget as i have two bathrooms to reno, and a baby on the way. i have some materials eg. left over tiles, basin and other odds and ends to provide, will need to liase closely with trady's as to what can and can't be used with the design / size limitations.
bathroom 2: is the main bathroom which at the moment is shower over bath (all in one). would prefer seperate if possible? total renovation too.
i really need someone who can come in, take a look and toss around some idea's with us to get the best out of our space. but keeping in mind that we are limited in what we can spend.
would ideally like job completed by september if possible (have baby due end of september)
