We have a 2 storey townhouse balcony area approx 5.2m x 2.3 we would like this to be converted to a study. Floor stepped down and tiled ,existing walls timer rendered with frosted glass balustrade. It is east facing so we would like to enclose completely but have windows facing the east to keep light. We will require roofing, walls ,windows and power points. Happy to have the same timber cladding as rest of top storey, roof is colourbond.
