Getting an extension on our existing property, looking at adding on an ensuite bedroom in the front and another bedroom and rumpus room out the back. we are also looking at building a new garage to replace the existing one, this also will be weatherboard. replacing all existing archatrave as well as existing hardwood floorboards with new tasmanian oak boards. all plans have been finalised and drawn up and just waiting on soil report. looking to commence work after the xmas holiday period but would like quotes before xmas as need to plan various aspects of extension.
