100 year old rendered cavity brick wall. Has developed a vertical crack around window sill and up the wall and some of the render has fallen out. Has been obviously repaired previously. There is movement in the building but because of its age and contstruction this is understood and expected. I fear that water weather will get into the exposed crack and flaking render.
