There is damage to the render (both physically damaged and bitumen splash/staining) of the external retaining wall at the rear and side of my property. I require the retaining wall to be professionally repaired and painted, along with the replacement of damaged tiles at the base of the external access steps. Additionally, there is a stormwater pipe that exits through the base of the retaining wall, this needs to be raised 2 inches as part of he work performed.
