Rendering pillars/walls on balcony

We have 11 pillars on our balcony which require rendering at the bottom (approx 2 feet on each pillar) where a garden as been removed. There is also a large blueboard cald beam that requires rendering and a few other areas to be pacthed up.
Depending on the difference in cost, I'd also like a quote on rendering all the pillars and the walls of the apartment. These walls have already been rendered 13 yrs ago but the texture is old fashioned.
