We would like to improve the facade of our existing single storey brick veneer home with rendering. The house has an existing verandah in the front and carport. There is currently nothing attached to the rear of the house, but will be putting in a deck/verandah later. There are a few small camilia trees on the side of the house with central heating unit, air-con unit and water heater unit.
Will need to be able to advice on what's the best way to render the home with future decking work in mind. Will hear out ideas on how to make the house looks "consistent" and "modern" without accessive spending.
