I am looking to get part of my house rendered. In total Approximately 135Sqm. Full scaffolding will be provided for first floor access. I am looking to use Nutex 3 coat render, I can supply Nutex materials if needed.
First Floor: There is 75sqm of Nutex EIFS foam board to be rendered, foam is new and will be pre installed prior to this job starting.
Ground floor there is 59SQM to be rendered, this finish is new brick with flush finished mortar.
I am looking to get this work completed in about 3 weeks.
