Concreting/ Rendering of balconies/ Painting
- There are 24 balconies here. Some have already been rendered, although not to everyone's satisfaction, but I believe about 2/3 are yet to be done. All of them should obviously be uniform.

- In addition, we also need the balconies painted, preferably, but not necessarily, by the same company.

- Since there are 3 storeys, obviously the use of special requipment would be required.

- I might mentioned that unlike some body corporates, we pay on completion of works done, assuming they are done to our satisfaction. We avoid keeping tradespeople waiting for long periods to get paid! At present, we run our own body coporate.
