Our house has already been rendered, however we were not happy with the color that we have selected. Therefore we are looking for someone who can 're-paint' the render to our newly selected color.... Additionally,a couple of walls were left without render (to minimize building costs), however we would like a quote on getting these walls rendered. The house is currently being built and is approaching completion. We are getting a quote from the builder for the above works, but hoping for a cheaper price (without a compromise in workmanship) on service central.In summary: -Require several areas of existing render to be repainted in a slightly darker colour -Require price on rendering of 2 walls that have been left blank.
