Render has been eaten away by stormwater comin from downpipe in wrong position. don't quite know solution to pipe, may be able to place lower and through wall at bottom. rust occurring as is back to the wire in middle. would also like a column built at end of wall if possible to match attached unit - realise that this may increase quote of course.
