We have a concrete wall house that used to have all drains and pipes running from external to internal. These have now been removed and there are quite a number of holes around the house from 20mm to 60mm & also one hole slightly larger than a brick. These need to be filled with a flush smooth finish internally and an external finish with a rendered sponge effect. (looks like small pebbles/grit rough finish).
Additionally there are some repairs to some of the concrete wall edges on corners that have broken away.
