The property is a single storey structure built est 1960s. It is currently a horrible dark brown brick. Looking to render the whole house in a smooth looking finish - do not want to be able to see bricks through it and also not textured render. House is approx 16sqm inside and is a rectangle shape. You would also need to prep/clean the brick surface before rendering.
