Moving from a two story town house in the Illawarra to an apartment in Sutherland. The apartment has lift access.

The town house has two levels. On the ground level there is the following furniture that will need to be moved:
- A solid timber book case
- A solid timber dining table (with removable legs) + 6 timber dining chairs'
- Solid timber dining room side table
- Fridge
- Washing Machine
- Timber Coffee table
- Two fairly small and light lamp tables
- 42" plasma TV + solid timber stand

On the upper level there is the following furniture that will need to be moved:
- 1x Queen bed ensemble
- 2x Solid timber bedside tables
- 1x solid timber tallboy
- 1 large desk (removable legs - it's essentially a large table top)
- A small particle board filing cabinet
- Two office chairs

In addition there will be 10-15 paintings, and a number of boxes (sorry am unsure of the number of boxes). If you wish to estimate the number of boxes it will be however many you could normally expect for 1 bedroom, 1 study, 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room and a small amount of stuff stored in garage (christmas tree, etc).

At the townhouse there is easy access to the house. You'll be able to park your truck right infront of the town house door or garage door, depending on what's easier for you (entry to garage is possible from the house)

At the sutherland location there is lift access from the basement. You should be able to back your truck to the entrance of the basement, then move furniture from the basement roller door to the lift (~15 meters) then from the lift to the apartment (v short walk).
