Removal of house contents from Mentone to Geelong required. House is a two-storey two-bedroom unit. Average amount of furniture inside, plus a couple of outdoor settings, BBQ, garage stuff, etc.
Please note that there is no internal access for moving upstairs furniture downstairs as a spiral staircase is installed. Upstairs does have double bi-fold doors out to wide balcony which provides access to lower items down to ground level. Upstairs contents are entertainment unit, plasma TV, two 2-seater couches, buffet, small table, coffee table, and large (heavy) glass-topped table with eight dining chairs.
No packing required, we will do this prior to the moving day and also happy to assist with loading/unloading to reduce costs.
Truck access to Mentone unit is via shared driveway, closest point depends on whether truck can negotiate a bend in the driveway -if not, distance of approx. 20m from house to truck, otherwise truck can be immediately in front of the unit.
Truck access to Geelong (single storey) property is good from road immediately at front of property.
