Wine Fridge compressor not cycling off and fan running continuously

I have Dual zone wine fridge cooling well but compressor not cycling off with fan continuously running at full speed. One zone set on 10 degrees and reaching 9, 2nd zone set at 16 and hitting 14. I have tested the temps with a digital thermometer in both zones to ensure the displayed temperatures are correct and have cleaned around fan and coil to ensure good air flow. There is a slight water drip inside the unit indicating to me there may be an auto defrost issue
Not sure of the make of the fridge but the model number is CTW168D
