Very disappointed. Initially a prompt phone call was received to make an appointment the next day (Monday). Technician never turned up. We called and Elite apologised and rescheduled for that evening. Again, technician did not turn up. Elite apologised again and rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Technician did not turn up again. No phone call received. It is now Wednesday afternoon so I called and was accused by Elite representative of being \'hostile\' when I asked what was going on. Bad weather is no excuse for not having the courtesy to pick up the phone and contact the customer to let them know that you can\'t make an appointment. We don\'t expect miracles, just some basic customer service. I think we have every right as a customer to be upset when an appointment is made three times and the technician doesn\'t turn up NOR has the courtesy to call and apologise if he isn\'t going to make it.\nMy advice to Elite - Put the shoe on the other foot and see how you would feel if you were treated in the same manner as you have treated us. Lift your game.
