Model is WRBE47TS, 3 years old and alarm sounding with lights flashing. Seems like alarm button doesn't work to turn it off. Fridge and freezer don't work. When turn fridge on then off, alarm turns off and fridge and freezer start up again, then about 5 min later alarm sounds again.
