Westinghouse virtuoso fridge/freeze approx 5 years old, fridge not cooling

The Westinghouse Virtusos fridge has lost cooling over the last few weeks. The freezer still works. Please provide best case and worst case repair price as it seems this is a common problem and should involve replacemet of defrost heater element, defrost thermostat, defrost timer or the control unit. If it's not worth replacing then I won't ie <$250.
