Westinghouse fridge freezer, fridge seems too warm

Westinghouse 2 door side by side fridge freezer. about 14 years old. Freezer seems ok. but fridge seems to be not cold enough, even with thermostat turned all the way up.
Need to know if there is a problem and what it would cost to fix to determine if worth fixing or need to get a new one.
