our freezer was leaking water out the bottom, and was collecting a shelf of ice under the lowest drawer. it looked like water was running down the back wall (inside) and pooling on the floor of the freezer where most of it would freeze with the occasional bit leaking out. the seals *look* fine, with no obvious damage.
