we bought this freezer 2nd hand but fully reconditioned approx 4 years ago. Up until the last month it always worked fine on the seeting 3 of 5, but recently no matter if set to 3, 4 or 5, it is still not freezing items as it should.
we have checked the drip tray and it is not blocked, the compressor appears to be running, so we need to know why it is not freezing properly.
