Samsung SRS614DW started beeping

My Samsung SRS614DW started randomly beeping at 3am this morning. Upon inspection the fridge door open indicator would come on along with a beep, however the door was well and truely closed.
I've looking in the owners manual for any ideas but none found. The fridge is still nice and cool showing 2 degrees C, freezer up to -13 (set at -20) but prob more my fault as I had door open a bit.
When the beeps occur the right hand fridge door symbol lights up and the temp display goes to random numbers. I've seen 0, 1, -1, 6, 7 so far. Then it stops for anywhere from 2 secs to many minutes then repeats.
