The guy who came to fix the fridge was friendly and pleasant to deal with. He was also quite honest as my fridge couldn't be repaired and he told me so, rather than applying a band-aid fix that would break down again in a matter of weeks. What I didn't like about the overall experience was how hard it was to arrange a time. Originally they said they'd be out "before 11am" on a certain day. Nobody showed up by 11:30 so I rang the number, only to find out the guy who was meant to be coming "called in sick today". So the guy was sick and nobody thought to check which jobs he had that day and follow them up? Mind boggling. Eventually the guy did turn up after hours which was good of them to do, but it was still 2 hours after he said he'd be there. Not his fault entirely as sometimes jobs go longer than expected, but it felt frustrating.
