Refrigerator keeps running not getting so cold

I have a GE TFG20JAXA it seems to run continuously the freezer side and refridge side are both set to 3 on the dial the fridge gets to 9'c and freezer -5'c. It's the fridge side I'm concerned about, I used to notice a breeze of very cold air coming out of the vents near the temp dials but it now seems to be hardly blowing.
